Rent Apartment Cameo Elderberry Tottenham
Holiday Home Rental Description
With its tiled flooring, period fireplace and large windows, this Wood Green home has oodles of Victorian charm. Whether you’re rustling up dinner in the kitchen, reading a book in the cosy lounge or working from home at the desk in the converted loft, you’ll be able to appreciate the traditional character and homely feeling. It’s ideal for families – especially since two bedrooms are meant for kids – and on warmer days, the private garden is an excellent spot for some family fun in the sun. While little ones kick a ball around, grown-ups can enjoy alfresco cocktails or afternoon snoozes in the hammock.
Location-wise, Wood Green is home to a bevvy of high-street shops and supermarkets, while Crouch End’s collection of cafes and the beloved Turkish restaurants along Green Lanes are a short bus ride away. But what we love most is the proximity to Alexandra Palace (or, as the locals call it, Ally Pally). It’s a forty-minute walk (or a twenty-minute bus ride) and has plenty to impress the whole family, including an ice skating rink, pitch & putt mini golf, a famous concert hall and, of course, breathtaking views of London’s skyline. Make the most of the scenery with a picnic in the park– the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon.
Further Information::
*Two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the second bedroom
*The second and third bedrooms have loft-style beds that require a ladder to reach – we think they’re better suited for children
*Since the photos were taken, there’s now a stylish parquet floor in the kitchen
*Parking is available on request, but a car isn’t needed here – Turnpike Lane Station is only a ten-minute walk
*This area is relatively quiet, but nearby Wood Green and Turnpike Lane can get pretty busy
