Rent Apartment Eucalyptus Candlewood South Kensington
Holiday Home Rental Description
Housed in a beautifully renovated VictorianTownhouse/Apartment, this elegant apartment in South Kensington is an ideal base for those looking for culture and class. Period sash windows fill the home with light while the living room’s forest green wall, houseplants and decorative cushions create a calm and soothing welcome. We love the sleek minimalism of this space that pops with glossy artworks and gold detailing and the cosy dining space that’s all set to cater hearty breakfasts ahead of a day of sightseeing and intimate dinners when you’re not out sampling Kensington’s food scene. Our favourite room, however, is the sumptuous bedroom. Open up the French doors here to step out onto a private balcony – the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in views of the surrounding 19th-centuryTownhouse/Apartments and the Natural History Museum at the end of the street (a four-minute walk away). Factor in the dazzling marble-clad bathroom, and you’ve got everything you need for a luxurious city stay. Outside of your home, South Kensington’s French coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants wait to be discovered as do the area’s world-class museums – the V&A is a six-minute walk. With Hyde Park and Chelsea’s King’s Road also walkable in fifteen minutes, you’ve got some of the city’s best shopping, history and entertainment within easy reach.
