There’s no question that the location is fantastic – minutes to Tate Modern, Borough market, the river Thames, St Katherine’s docks and Tower Bridge. That said the top bedroom is rustic and bedroom two is only a single bed. Also bear in mind, the apartment is spread over three floors but on the other hand, there’s a small terrace and at the top, you’ll find a study to do some work. The interiors have been renovated with a fully equipped kitchen. The central locale and outdoor space make this a great addition to our London Collection.

* The top bedroom is located under a pitched roof and the celling’s height is no more than 5-foot high – and it’s not too luxurious either as this is a mattress on the floor
* The flat’s on the 1st floor and there’s no elevator but technically the space is on the 2nd floor as only the entrance door is on the 1st floor
* The communal entrance of the building isn’t the most glamorous but the apartment makes up for it
* There’s not much space for a dining table so there’s a folded away one
