Rent Apartment Mandarin Gopher South Kensington
Holiday Home Rental Description
Housed in a stuccoed VictorianTownhouse/Apartment that’s been beautifully renovated, this swish studio apartment is poised to provide you with an endlessly relaxing stay. Located in South Kensington – one of the capital’s cultural epicentres – you’ll have plenty of sights on your doorstep, not to mention a comfortable and luxurious home base. We love the deep blue feature wall behind the sumptuous bed that instantly makes a striking impression, as well as the wood floors and tall ceilings here that give it an air of stately grandeur. Huge period sash windows fill the space in light while the sleek modern furnishings and artistic lighting give the space a dash of glossy glamour. Open up the French doors beside the bed to step out onto a private balcony – this is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sip sundowners while feasting on views of the Natural History Museum (a four-minute walk away). With a marble-clad bathroom, cosy dining space and a comfortable sofa to sink into after a day of exploring, you’ve got everything you need for an easy-going stay. Outside of your home, South Kensington’s French cafes and bakeries wait to be sampled, while the V&A museum is just a six-minute walk down the road. With the beautiful Art Deco Ciné Lumière cinema a one-minute walk away, Hyde Park’s leafy boulevards a fifteen-minute stroll and Chelsea’s King’s Road also fifteen minutes away on foot, you’ve got plenty of art, culture and entertainment at your fingertips.
