To contrast these calm interiors, head ten minutes into the heart of Camden, where you’ll find plenty of colourful scenes. Restaurants of every cuisine imaginable, traditional pubs for a pint in the sunshine, classy kerbside cafés and bakeries – this area of London is a paradise if you’re into food and drink. Walk it all off by taking the long way back via Primrose Hill, one of north London’s favourite viewpoints, just eleven minutes from home.
