A five-minute walk from Parsons Green, this central London pad puts shops, restaurants and cafés with a local neighbourhood vibe on your doorstep, and the sights of the city centre a fifteen-minute Tube ride away. The nearest Tube stop is a six-minute walk at Putney Bridge. The home itself is quiet, overlooking the greenery of Hurlingham Park. The living room really catches the eye with its beautiful bay window letting the natural light flood in, and a wall of shelves displaying a library’s worth of books. There’s a desk with a computer fully set up should you wish to work remotely too. In the kitchen, we were immediately taken in by the quartz kitchen island at the centre of the room creating a sleek breakfast bar, and the abstract artworks above the dining table. From here, double French doors lead to the private garden where ivy climbs the walls and bistro seating on the patio is shaded by towering trees. Bedrooms come with their own book libraries, and the master has doors out to the skinny first-floor balcony overlooking the garden.
