From this super swish penthouse apartment in front of Victoria Station, you can walk to the boutiques and bars of Belgravia, stroll the bird-filled gardens of St James’s Park, and be in the heart of Westminster in less than ten minutes on foot. What’s more, you can plot your day’s route from the huge, private rooftop terrace, where London stretches before you like a map. Up here you’ll find a fire pit for chilly evenings, plush outdoor sofas and armchairs and outdoor dining for the whole group. Inside, the penthouse is the height of modernism with walls of glass in every room and a sprawling, open-plan living area fit for entertaining. Herringbone floor adds a touch of class to the mostly sleek, monochrome decor. A splash of colour comes courtesy of pot plants and a rainbow of paperback books to settle down with, as well as neon-bright modern art on the walls. Our favourite spot inside is probably the quartz breakfast bar, where pulling up a stool means starting the day overlooking the city skyline from floor-to-ceiling windows.
