This three-floor home combines a film-set location with space, soul and style. Very recognisably ‘London’, this classically terraced street has played a starring role in many a movie and TV series. The same goes for the South Bank riverside walkway, lined with trees, historic pubs and restaurants, a few minutes away, along with the National Theatre, Tate Modern and London Eye. Inside, the house impresses with its many distinct spaces, from a beckoning kitchen to the decked garden. We especially loved slumbering in the two luxury bedrooms, where goose down duvets rest atop memory foam mattresses. You’re well served for public transport links, with Southwark and Waterloo stations both within a five-minute walk, as well as several convenient bus routes to whisk you into Central in under fifteen minutes.
