*This home is a maisonette located above and beside a farm shop – you’ll have your own entrance but you’ll need to climb a few stairs to get into the home
*There are two steep staircases as well as low beams and sloping ceilings
*Due to space, there is only room for one infant to stay in addition to four adults
*A highchair and cot are not provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own
*The tank holds a limited supply of hot water, however there is an immersion heater which provides unlimited hot water – your host will advise how to use this
*Your host provides a starter supply of wood for the wood burning stove from October to April only
