As a result, each has the amenities you would expect to find in a self-contained flat — living room, bathrooms and kitchens — as well as a few welcome extras, such as two private patios and sleeping quarters geared towards children. This unique setup allows for added privacy and more communal spaces, too. However, when you all want to join up as a group again, there’s plenty to do in the local area together. Behind the house, the semi-rural Perrymead neighbourhood features lots of sights, including Prior Park Landscape Garden reached in half an hour of foot and the six-mile circular National Trust Bath Skyline route. The city itself is only a twenty-minute walk away, too.
