Just a stone’s throw from the incredible beaches of the Algarve coast, Villa Mirandela is a beautiful three-bedroom villa with a private pool offering total tranquillity on a fabulous resort!
You are met by a grand exterior as you approach the double-door entrance, with soft grey tones set against the enchanting terracotta roof. On arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome pack with all the essentials, including water, tea, coffee, and orange juice so why not settle in with a cuppa as you make yourself at home in this remarkable villa!
In your great living-room, the incredible 49-inch Smart TV sits in front of the array of cosy sofas, with a lovely dining table for six to one side of the room. You can enjoy immediate access to the garden from both the dining and living areas. Alongside here there is a unique, designer kitchen, with granite surfaces, a monochrome design with a beautiful patterned floor, and a central island which doubles as a breakfast bar for catching a quick bite or keeping the chef company!
On this ground floor are the first two of three wonderous bedrooms. One has a king-size bed, a dressing room and access to the delightful garden. The second has two single beds, a dressing room and also enjoys direct access to the garden.
The master bedroom is a little more spacious, with a king-size bed, a 43-inch Smart TV, a dressing room, and private south facing terrace with seating so that you can enjoy the sunshine all day long overlooking your gorgeous garden! All of the beds enjoy incredible vi-spring mattresses, providing you with the perfect night’s sleep.
All three bedrooms have fabulous ensuite bathrooms, with a bathtub or shower and a classical style, and the master also has a dual sink, bath and shower in a beautifully elegant design!
Out in your welcoming and perfectly maintained garden, with extensive lawns, manicured flower beds, and a picturesque pond with a water feature, you can enjoy stylish al-fresco dining, a BBQ, or merely a snooze in any of the peaceful pockets around the house.
Your cosy veranda is the perfect spot for gathering the group for socialising and relaxing, with a 3-seater sofa and four beautiful arm-chairs around a large coffee table enjoying views over the wonderfully green, leafy garden. The highlight is undoubtedly the heated private pool, which sits slightly away from the veranda and offers an idyllic spot for a little rejuvenating soak in the sunshine!
With an outdoor bathroom with a shower, tons of loungers and sofas with parasols and a beautiful thatched shaded pergola, you can spend endless hours out in this tranquil garden enjoying the birdsong and fresh sea air!
On the exclusive resort of Fazenda Santiago, you have two tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and saunas for your enjoyment! And from this beautiful location you can enjoy the short country walk along the scenic pathway to Trafal Beach, and fabulous restaurants including ‘BJs’ and ‘Tempura’.
While you’re just 30 minutes from the action of the Vale do Lobo resort, the location remains calm and quiet, making it ideal for a little outdoor activity, be that a peaceful stroll or even a bike ride. On the resort of Fazenda Santiago you will find tennis courts, a gym and sauna, so all your relaxation, work-out and entertainment needs can be met hassle-free on your doorstep, leaving you more time for enjoying the important things!Of course, with two 18-hole championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean, the nearby Vale de Lobo resort is the dream destination for any aspiring golfer.
So fantastic are the facilities, the resort hosted the Portuguese Open in 2002 and 2003! Indeed, across the country of Portugal, there are 14 of the world’s top 100 best golf courses, making it the perfect destination for those who enjoy a day out on the trail.
The Algarve, the southernmost region of Portugal, is famous for its picturesque scenes of vast blue skies casting a warming glow on the expanse of the Atlantic Ocean, with untouched bays framed by jagged Limestone rocks at every turn.
