A really quite elegant seven-bedroom modern family villa, placed within the golf course of Oceanico Pinhal. The villa’s grounds are 2000 square metres and are completely enclosed, guaranteeing safe grounds for children to play in. The villa is in a rural part of Vilamoura and is particularly suited to those with big families and golf enthusiasts.
As you enter the premises, the villa is instantly showcased by a long-cobbled pathway leading to the front door, surrounded by a forest-like front garden. Entering the villa, you are welcomed by a large living room that is furnished with two large sofas, a recliner, flat screen television and offers a panned perspective of the garden. The polished floors continue into an equally large dining space, that will effortlessly seat all your guests. If you’re looking to have a more intimate meal, the fully furnished kitchen has a small table, ideal for those who are after a quick snack. The ground floor is concluded by three En-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two twin beds. The master En-suite double bedroom can be found by using the twisting staircase, which will take you onto the first floor. This is a large bedroom with access to another small single bedroom, ideal for those with young children. The master bedroom has access to a lengthy balcony, where you can see the swimming pool and the immaculately kept sixth fairway.
Head all the way down to the basement and you will discover the final three En-suite bedrooms, all furnished with two twin beds, which are lit up during the day by the natural sunlight. The basement is also home to an airy games room, where those with a completive streak can take advantage of the pool table and table tennis.
The garden is where you and your guests are likely to be spending most of your time. The large area, with its intricate and well-maintained lawns, has a modern swimming pool; making it perfect for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Opposite the swimming pool, there is a large fixed masonry barbecue and dining area protected by a marquee.Vilamoura has a rich Roman history. An old fishing village and Roman Baths can be found in the town, where the walls tell the history of the destination, through their murals. Vilamoura is a trendy seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, as Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia – two alluringly sandy beaches, can be found a short walk away.
In terms of activities, by choosing Vilamoura you are certainly not handicapped. This region has a fine reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from. If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.
The closest city is Faro and it only takes half an hour on the road, so consider renting a car to make the most of your time in the Algarve.
