Villa Febrero is a stylish, unique property, in an idealistic setting surrounded by trees. Renovated in 2013, there is a modern, comfortable style throughout, with romantic furnishings and a laid-back atmosphere. Situated in the district of Altea, there are gorgeous beaches nearby and plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to keep you entertained.
The spacious, contemporary living areas are spread over two levels, with each room you reach offering a unique ambience. On the ground floor, there is a glorious open-plan living space, glass doors enliven the space with light, offering direct access out to the loggia. The kitchen provides all the amenities you need to whip up some family feasts to enjoy at the adjacent table or al-fresco on the terrace. Having an open-style kitchen, makes even cooking a sociable activity! Down a few stairs, yet remaining open-plan there is a comfy living room with an atmospheric open-hearth fireplace. The sunken aspect of this room and soft furnishings make this space feel cosy and warm, perfect for curling up and reading pages of your favourite book, or playing a game as a family. On this floor, there are two double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a charming terrace, with space to sit out, enjoying the Spanish sun. The lower ground floor offers a further living space, with a calm seating area, open kitchen and small dining table. On this level, there is a double bedroom and a children’s room with bunk beds, also a separate bathroom.
Outside Villa Fabrero continues to impress, with covered and open-air spaces to enjoy. The large private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish sun. With a distant view of the sea and mountains on offer, there is a wondrous sense of calm to  this space, that you can’t not enjoy!A lovely location, in a cosy, historic and picturesque resort with 24,000 inhabitants. Located in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, the area offers beautiful views. Within the resort, there are all the amenities you might need, with supermarkets, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurants and more. The town of Altea is not far away, offering a bohemian atmosphere with many international artists based there.
