Villa Pepa is a fantastic, spacious, 3-bedroom villa in a quiet location nearby to the Altea Golf club. Set in a sunny position, surrounded by greenery, the villa offers a romantic base from which to explore this fabulous area.
The living spaces are spread over two bright levels, with comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. The living/dining room is bright and airy, with plenty of space to entertain and offering a constant view to the outside through remarkable large glass doors, this space connects the indoors and out in a unique way that often makes it hard to decide whether you are in or out. An open-hearth fireplace in the living room, makes for a cosy ambience, the perfect spot to find a moment to yourself, reading pages from your favourite book. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your use, it is spacious and bright, making it a sociable space, so everyone can join in and cook up family meals to enjoy indoors or out. There is an extra living/sleeping room on this floor, offering a double sofa bed, so if anyone would rather sleep downstairs, there is always an option. The first floor offers the three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
Externally, it is the external façade of Villa Pepa that provides a lot of the atmosphere, the charming details of the building and windows bring a calming background to the terrace and pool. Landscaped gardens bring wonderful moments to wonder through in the Spanish sun and the private swimming pool is the ideal spot to cool off for adults and children alike! Distant views of the sea and mountains, draw your attention towards them, bringing a meditative feel to these outdoor spaces. Villa Pepa is an ideal retreat away in the Spanish sun, a holiday you won’t forget!A lovely location, in a cosy, historic and picturesque resort with 24,000 inhabitants. Located in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, the area offers beautiful views. Within the resort, there are all the amenities you might need, with supermarkets, shops, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurants and more. The town of Altea is not far away, offering a bohemian atmosphere with many international artists based there.
