The fabulous Casa Allegria is really rather grand, with pillars, a sweeping staircase, extremely high ceilings in parts and fantastic airy interior space. Located in the prestigious Pedregal neighbourhood of Cabo San Lucas, roughly one mile from the beach, the villa boasts amazing sea views and seven beautiful bedroom suites sleeping fourteen guests.
Beauty and comfort is as prevalent as the balmy Baja sunshine at Casa Allegria. It is stylish, stately, grandiose and artistic with striking use of marble and granite. There is 9000 sqft of polished internal space, mostly open plan in design and with a library and den. The artistic accents display a designer’s touch.
Tiled flooring flows throughout the villa. The open plan living space boasts two lounge areas, both with comfortable built-in sofas, indoor dining, a bar and a traditional, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, the perfect place to perch with a glass of wine whilst chatting to the cook! The games area offers a pool table for fun plus there is some exercise equipment for your enjoyment. As well as central air conditioning, there are many ceiling fans. Casa Allegria is built over four floors with striking style and real substance.
There are seven outstanding bedroom suites, three of which are accessed from the main house and four which are accessed via the outside balcony. The master bedroom suite boasts a king-size bed, fabulous Pacific Ocean views, a terrace and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The other two suites accessed from the main villa are a double room and one with a queen bed and a sofa-bed. Both boast magnificent sea views from the balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The four bedroom suites accessed from the balcony all offer king-size beds, terrace views and en-suite bathrooms. All have individual charm with handpicked, striking accessories.
Outside, Casa Allegria offers fabulous space and amenities. The swimming pool is lovely with a Jacuzzi for eight. There is alfresco dining with a gas barbecue and various lounge areas. The views are simply outstanding. If you are lucky you even spot a whale or dolphin. The garden is full of colourful plants and the lush green grass is gorgeous. The outdoor stereo system is fabulous and sets the right mood for cocktails as the sun goes down.
The concierge and housekeeping service is exceptional. Their aim is to please and they are very happy to help you with excursions, food and drink supplies or celebration arrangements.The Pedregal neighbourhood of Cabo San Lucas is smart and sophisticated. On the hillside, the villas offer fabulous vistas of the gorgeous azure sea, the dazzling beaches and the stunning rock formations along the coast. Cabo San Lucas is an upmarket resort with many visitor amenities and activities. Cabo boasts extensive sandy beaches, a dramatic coastline, a wonderful nightlife with renowned gastronomy and fabulous, vibrant cocktail bars. Cabo’s spot on the very south of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula boasts sensational sunrise and sunset views. Boats sail from the marina every day offering visitors memorable whale and dolphin watching experiences, fishing, coast exploring and sunset trips. You will find glass bottomed boats, catarmarans and speedboats, all luring you into the spectacular waters.  Cabo’s range of watersports is impressive and includes jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving. Guests can enjoy camel riding and horse riding experiences through several companies including Pure Cabo who offer rides through the Great Thorn Forest onto a beautiful Pacific Beach and then into the desert passing amazing rock formations and narrow canyons. You will feel like a cowboy or cowgirl in an old western movie! The Baja California Peninsula is also now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting, including some designed by Jack Nicklaus and Robert Trent Jones II.
The picture-postcard town of San Jose del Cabo is 20 miles north of Cabo San Lucas. San Jose del Cabo has a rich and colourful history dating back to the 1700’s when it was the home to Indian communities before the colonization by the Spanish. Now it boasts magnificent Spanish colonial character, an abundance of Mexican charm, secret courtyards, boutique shopping, a beautiful church, wonderful art galleries, stunning palm-lined lagoons and a fabulous gourmet dining scene. The pastel painted main plaza is very pretty and in the main season there is a wonderful Thursday evening Art Walk when the plaza comes alive with artists and their works, wine tastings and music and dance performances.Services @ Casa Allegria
