Outstanding style, sophistication, grace and elegance are evident throughout this five level property. The sleek contemporary architecture has been moulded into the rocky hillside, maximising the panoramic vistas from so many of the rooms, balconies and terraces. Huge expanses of glass on every level flood the outstanding interiors with dazzling Baja sunlight. Massive doors open bringing the outside in. For added enjoyment you will find a home theatre with a 112 inch screen and recliner seating for 12, an amazing ocean view gym with an elliptical trainer and universal workout machine, a pool table, two dramatic infinity swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and fantastic lounge and dining space inside and out.
The open plan living space is an absolute wonder with a huge gourmet kitchen in rich, warm wood, a separate commercial kitchen, indoor dining with a view for 16 in the magnificent dining area overlooking the scenic main terrace and lounging in the dreamy double aspect area, again with stunning views and an incredible light fitting overhead. Gorgeous flagstone floors run throughout. The villa is extremely spacious with 24000 sqft of space inside! Casa Belles is the perfect place for a special celebration or event. Satellite TV, Netflix, Apple TV and a wireless sound system are provided for your enjoyment.
The eight roomy bedroom suites all enjoy breath-taking ocean views with furnished terraces or balconies. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The walls of glass open to an extraordinary terrace so that you feel as though you are sleeping in grandeur outside. Each of the other seven bedroom suites are absolutely gorgeous. Rich, wooden furniture combines brilliantly with the honey coloured walls and flagstone floors. The bathrooms are classy, opulent and modern. In total there are eleven bathrooms in the villa.
The outdoor entertainment spaces are just as gorgeous. With 13,376 sqft of space, there are two top-notch swimming pools with views to die for, a Jacuzzi on the eastern terrace, alfresco dining for twenty-two guests, sixteen luxury loungers, a professional sized pool table and various lounge areas.
Casa Belles will provide you will an incredible holiday to remember. Cabo’s watersports include jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving. Beach, forest and desert horseriding and golf are also available. Cabo is now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting. Pure Cabo offer beach and desert trail rides to the hills of Migrino, north of Cabo San Lucas. You will ride through the Great Thorn Forest onto a beautiful Pacific Beach and then into the desert passing amazing rock formations and narrow canyons.
San Jose del Cabo is thirty minutes away. You can taste delicious food at the charming taco restaurants and admire the pretty pastel painted square. San Jose del Cabo has a rich and colourful history dating back to the 1700’s when it was the home to Indian communities before the colonization by the Spanish. The villa chef can provide cooking services for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rates to be paid in cash direct plus the cost of food which will be charged for additionally. Arrangements for arrival dinner and breakfast should be made prior to travel; all other meals to be arranged in destination. Gratuity additional and recommended. Please enquire for menu information and please note that the rates below are per meal and are just an approximate guide so therefore subject to change.
