The sophisticated luxury villa, Casa Delfines is located in the stunning beachfront development of Villa del Mar, a highly desirable area in Cabo Real. Cabo Real is situated between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. How fabulous to be able to walk straight out of the villa onto the beautiful fine sands! A huge attraction of the gated Cabo Real community close by are the impressive championship golf courses. One is classically designed by Robert Trent Jones II and the El Dorado golf course is designed by Jack Nicklaus. Golf fans will be very happy!
Casa Delfines is magnificent, very stylish and boasts a regal feel with its opulent design and decor. With seven outstanding bedroom suites the villa can sleep up to 18 guests. There is an incredible 12000 sqft of indoor space with fabulous entertaining spaces. Eye-catching artistic touches throughout the villa are sure to impress. The furnishings are sumptuous and extremely comfortable. Casa Delfines was built in 2005 over three levels to make the most of its beachfront position and the breathtaking sea views. The dining area and master bedroom feature very attractive vaulted ceilings. As you walk around this villa you will be amazed by the attention to detail and creative aspects. Elegant Cantera stone flooring flows throughout.
The living and dining space, beside the kitchen, flows beautifully and is smart and attractive. The formal dining area for twelve is very grand. The warm wooden gourmet kitchen is very well equipped and features a wine fridge and an excellent breakfast bar, perfect for chatting to the cook with a glass of wine! The villa boasts a den for some quiet moments and a fabulous games room with a professional pool table, table tennis, table football, shuffleboard and a bar. There is also a useful office if you need to catch up some emails quietly. The den has a sofabed should you need some extra bed space.
The sensational master bedroom suite is located on the upper floor. It is enormous with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a double shower and steam bath, an amazing terrace and an exquisite lounge area. The panoramic views are dreamy. There is a second, very private suite next to the master, again with a kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, terrace and stunning ocean views. All of the bedroom suites are incredibly spacious and of modern design, most featuring rich wooden furnishings. Two luxury bedroom suites are located on the lower level, both with private bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen beds. Both open up to the pool terrace. The remaining three remarkable bedrooms are on the main level. One has a king-size bed and the others have two queen beds. Again they boast immaculate en-suite bathrooms and two enjoy superb ocean views.
The outside entertainment spaces of Casa Delfines are sensational. The gorgeous infinity pool features a Jacuzzi for eight and a wonderful swim up bar. Top of the range sun loungers surround the pool and there is an outdoor shower. In the distance, you can catch glimpses of passing fishing boats and the occasional migrating whale or leaping mobula ray. The deluxe firepit seating for 15 is a delight. You can relax and listen to the soothing sounds of waves and also watch the stunning skies as the sun goes down. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue. Along with the master bedroom, the upper floor features an outstanding roof top terrace with a bar, just perfect for pre-dinner drinks!

Next door La Deriva, an excellent Italian restaurant at the impressive Solaz Resort, is a captivating place to dine should you not want to cook. It is just a short drive to two fabulous resorts to enjoy further amenities and activities. Located on the most southern point of the Baja California peninsula, Cabo San Lucas is an upmarket A-list resort drawing celebrities from around the world. Cabo San Lucas boasts dazzling white sandy beaches, a dramatic scenic coastline, impressive gastronomy and an endless list of activities. Visitors enjoy the sophisticated nightlife and gourmet dining scene, sunset sailing, whale and dolphin watching, boat trips to explore the coastline, incredible watersports and unforgettable scenery. You can also ride a camel in the Desert Park Natural Reserve or enjoy some horseriding on the beach, through the forest and into the desert. Cabo San Lucas is particularly famous for the dramatic arching stone cliffs at Land’s End where you will also see plenty of sea lions sunbathing on the rocks. Cabo’s watersports include jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving.
San Jose del Cabo, a picture-postcard getaway, is north of the villa in the other direction to Cabo San Lucas. San Jose del Cabo is a laid back colonial gem, full of the magic of Old Baja and is the ‘mild’ sister of Cabo San Lucas. The town has a rich and colourful history dating back to the 1700’s. For hundreds of years it was the only community at the tip of the peninsula with its natural fresh water oasis flowing into the beautiful palm-lined lagoons on the edge of the sea. It was the home to Indian communities before the colonization by the Spanish. Now it boasts splendid Spanish colonial character, an abundance of Mexican charm, secret courtyards, boutique shopping, a beautiful church, wonderful art galleries and a fabulous gourmet dining scene. The main plaza connects the meandering streets lined with charming galleries and jewellery design shops. There are many restaurants, cocktail bars and craft breweries. In the main season there is a wonderful Thursday evening Art Walk when the plaza is alive with artists and their works, wine tastings and music and dance performances.Services @ Casa Delfines
