The stylish, sophisticated Casa Perla occupies a stunning spot on Cabo’s prestigious Pedregal estate, the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private gated communities in Cabo San Lucas. This luxurious villa boasts sweeping panoramic ocean views and ultimate privacy. The Pedregal is an oasis of exclusivity, just minutes from the vibrant downtown of Cabo and its marina. With five bedrooms, the villa offers luxurious comfort for ten guests though if you use the sofa beds available, the villa can sleep up to fourteen.
Casa Perla is very spacious and offers wonderful entertainment spaces inside and out. The design is traditional Cabo style, oozing warmth and sophistication. Throughout, you will find gorgeous warm terracotta tiles, huge walls of glass, fascinating artworks and comfortable furnishings. Most of the rooms have direct access to terraces and balconies, enjoying the sensational panorama. The villa is very inviting with its wonderful, flexible spaces.
Open plan in design, the ground floor is home to sweeping living spaces. The kitchen is enormous, offering the chef in your group wonderful oversized appliances in a very social space. To one side is a formal living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors all around, a feature fireplace, squishy sofas and a very attractive dining area. This leads through doors to a covered terrace with alfresco lounge and dining furniture, an ideal place for your morning cup of coffee. You may even catch a glimpse of migrating whales making their way along the coastline. You will discover another plush living area the other side of the kitchen where children may like to play. The villa boasts a fabulous home theatre room with a huge smart television and Sky channels where the youngsters in your group will enjoy a film after a busy day. The whole wall of sliding glass doors open to the terrace. Sun loungers are waiting for you on the artificial grass which in turn leads to a fabulous infinity swimming pool and jacuzzi. You will find it very hard to leave this delightful spot where you will experience sensational sunsets and spend hours watching the fishing boats bobbing in the sea.
Each of the five remarkable bedroom suites offers an en-suite bathroom. The magnificent master suite boasts a spa-like en-suite with a large Jacuzzi bath where you can lay back with a glass of fizz enjoying the superb view. The master also enjoys a king-size bed, a balcony and a sofa bed. The second suite offers a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a stunning ocean view, a balcony and an en-suite shower room. The third suite is similar but with a queen bed and sofa bed. The fourth suite offers a king-size bed, a balcony, ocean view and private shower room. The final suite enjoys two beautifully carved queen beds, a balcony, ocean view and an en-suite shower room. The sleeping arrangements can be flexible if you would like to make use of sofa beds. The spacious bathrooms are immaculate with a gorgeous selection of unique sinks. Some of the beds are four posters.
The outside spaces of Casa Perla are gorgeous where you can enjoy the Cabo sunshine and the cool sea breezes. Guests enjoy alfresco dining, the pool, Jacuzzi and the lovely garden area, all of which make you feel as though you are in your own little dreamy oasis. You are just a very short drive from the heart of Cabo San Lucas though you are likely to want to indulge in a private in-villa chef on a few evenings and enjoy relaxing in this idyllic villa. Another popular excursion is to ride a camel in the Desert Park Natural Reserve where you can learn about the local flora, fauna and culture from your guide before a feast of delicious tequilas and tortillas. Some of the Pacific beaches are not ideal for swimming with huge rollers though they are perfect for sunbathing. Other beaches are calmer with an excellent choice of watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving. Cabo is a popular golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting. Horse riding is also available.
A thirty minute drive takes you to the idyllic, laid-back resort of San Jose del Cabo. Its lovely pastel painted square is brimming with cafes and unique shops.
