Villa Dia Mexico

The delightful Villa Dia is nestled on the hillside in the prestigious Pedregal community at Cabo San Lucas, just minutes from the town centre and marina. Villa Dia boasts eight charming bedroom suites, most with two queen beds so although it it very comfortable with sixteen guests, it can sleep up to thirty-three guests in total. With stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, the dramatic Land’s End coastline, the Pedregal Hills and golden beaches, this villa is a wonderful base for a relaxed holiday.
Villa Dia is extremely spacious at 6000 sq ft and offers a captivating blend of warm and comfortable traditional decor and furnishings which makes you feel very much at home. The villa is built over three levels with many rooms benefitting from the sensational ocean views.
The wonderful living spaces are open plan with huge glass doors opening to the terrace. The lounge area benefits from a double height ceiling aspect which adds a wonderful ambience to the space. Warm terracotta tiles run throughout this enchanting villa. The kitchen offers granite surfaces and there is indoor dining for 10 guests. A Sonos stereo system and smart TV’s with Sky channels are provided for guests enjoyment. There is also a bar with a mini fridge.
The fabulous master bedroom suite is located on the top level with two queen beds. Every bedroom boasts its own deluxe private bathroom. On the middle level of Villa Dia there are three bedrooms, each with so much space. One has two queen beds, another two queen beds and a queen sofa bed and the other a king-size bed, queen sofa bed and a TV. A further four bedroom suites are located on the lower level. One has two queen beds, another two queen beds and a twin sofa sleeper, another has a king-size bed and the final suite has a king-size bed and a full sofa bed. This villa really can sleep a lot of guests!
The outdoor spaces are a delight. Guests enjoy the shimmering swimming pool with an infinity edge and waterfall, the Jacuzzi, shaded alfresco dining or just lounging and admiring the sweeping Pacific views. The majestic swaying palms and colourful planting frame the gorgeous vistas. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed using the villa’s barbecue or if you want a real treat you can have a private chef for an evening. Villa Dia really is a supremely comfortable property where you can enjoy the magic of Cabo San Lucas.Cabo San Lucas is an A-list resort drawing celebrities from around the world. It is upmarket, gorgeous and offers many visitor amenities and activities. Cabo boasts white sandy beaches, a dramatic coastline, a wonderful nightlife with renowned gastronomy and fabulous cocktail bars. This amazing spot on the very south of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula has serious holiday cred. Boats sail from the marina during the day, at sunset and at night time. You can enjoy the fascinating rock formations at the Land’s End, including the El Arco or The Arch, whale, dolphin and porpoise watching or the brilliant night stars.  The activities around Cabo San Lucas are endless. There is a huge range of watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving from the sandy beaches. A number of companies offer horse riding experiences. Pure Cabo offer beach rides as well as desert trail rides to the hills of Migrino, north of Cabo San Lucas. You will ride through the Great Thorn Forest onto a beautiful Pacific Beach and then into the desert passing amazing rock formations and narrow canyons. You will feel like a cowboy or cowgirl in an old western movie! What an amazing experience! Cabo is now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting. You can also book a camel ride through the Desert Park Natural Reserve.
The picture-postcard town of San Jose del Cabo is 20 miles north of Cabo San Lucas and is definitely worth a visit. San Jose del Cabo has a rich and colourful history dating back to the 1700’s. It was the home to Indian communities before the colonization by the Spanish. Now it boasts splendid Spanish colonial character, an abundance of Mexican charm, secret courtyards, boutique shopping, a beautiful church, wonderful art galleries, stunning palm-lined lagoons and a fabulous gourmet dining scene. The pastel painted main plaza is very pretty and in the main season there is a wonderful Thursday evening Art Walk. The plaza comes alive with artists and their works, wine tastings and music and dance performances.
The beaches in and around Cabo are sensational. Two very popular beaches are Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach.
