Just over 3km from Moraira, the contemporary Villa Leomie offers tranquility, plenty of space and a great location a short drive from the beach. The house features two separate lounges, and outside you have a large pool and terrace.This villa ticks all the boxes for living the good life in the sun. The 8m x 5m pool is easily accessible via corner steps, and has a poolside shower, while the surrounding terrace areas offer a selection of seating and dining areas. There is also a good number of sun loungers – you can take your place by the pool, or under the shaded pergola.
A conservatory provides access to the gardens and pool, and includes seating and a dining space which enjoys a lovely view. Adjoining this is the lounge, a spacious, air-conditioned room with comfy seating and a feature fireplace and crystal chandelier. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.
On the same level, a hallway leads to a double and a twin bedroom, both with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. An attractive staircase leads from the hall down to the pool level, where you have the second lounge, complete with a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and DVD player.
You also have two more twin bedrooms and a family bathroom, making Casa Flores a great choice for a larger family or group. From the lounge on this floor, you can go straight out to the terrace where the summer kitchen, bar and gas barbecue await you.
Villa Leomie offers extra flexibility with the accommodation arranged as two separate units, accessible either via internal or two external staircases.
Amenities like bars, restaurants and shops are little more than 1km away, and with the ever-inviting Moraira so near, you will soon be enjoying its laidback atmosphere and golden beaches. Easy excursions to nearby Jávea and Mount Montgó will show you even more of this part of the Costa Blanca’s natural beauty.Once a small fishing village, now a popular resort, you can be sure of a warm welcome in Moraira. On the south eastern coast of Spain, roughly halfway between Alicante and Valencia, this Costa Blanca gem is a relaxing place to spend some time, with an attractive marina and easy-going beach life down at the Playa de l’Ampolla.
The town is very much geared up for visitors, so you’ll find everything you are likely to need for an easy stay. You have banks and shops just a stone’s throw from the seafront and, of course, many restaurants, cafés and bars to tempt you. Your only problem will be deciding which of the waterfront terraces to dine on, such is the abundance of choice in Moraira. Quality is good too, with many of the town’s restaurants recommended by Michelin, and some of them star-rated.
Festivals held throughout the door will give you a taste of real Spanish culture, and the surrounding area offers the chance to visit traditional villages as well as larger resorts and cities. Among the closest places of interest are pretty Jávea (certainly worth an excursion) and, slightly further up the coast, Denia with its ancient castle and ferry links to Ibiza and Mallorca.
If you fancy heading inland, there are few more beautiful spots than the mountainous Serra de Bèrnia i Ferrer, perfect for hiking amidst stunningly rugged scenery – so be sure to take your camera as well as your walking boots.
