Villa Manresa II is a modern villa, which comes with all the facilities you would expect. There’s a modern fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you could want (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine) and a small table and chairs. There are large double glass doors that head out on to the first of the outdoor terraces – here you can look out over the swimming pool, or go straight outdoors from the steps directly here. It’s a covered terrace, so just the job for a shady lunch if you need a break from the wonderful Mallorcan sunshine.
The main living area is open plan – it too shares the same terrace as the kitchen, and double doors from the dining area take you through to the terrace. Leave the doors from the kitchen and the living areas open to the terrace, creating a lovely flow to the property as well as a gentle breeze. There’s a comfortable sofa and armchairs in the sitting room section, with satellite television and DVD player. The open plan arrangement is just the job for families, as no one is going to be left tucked away in the kitchen.
The villa comfortably sleeps eight people across four bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this level, as well as two further twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning – great for a cool night’s sleep.
Up on the first floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It has glass doors that open up on to your very own private terrace – with rooftop views to the mountains beyond. It’s a really lovely place for a quiet morning coffee while you plan your day, and wait for the rest of the villa to wake up.
