This gorgeous villa is set at the foreground of the spectacular Tramuntana mountains in the old town of Pollença. In the countryside, you benefit from the beauty of the greenery from the trees, mountains and plants surrounding the property. The traditional villa benefits from both conventional décor and furnishings and the spacious layout and modern facilities available to you.
The villa has a large living and dining area where comfort is the focus. The spacious nature of the property opens the rooms up making them feel roomy and the addition of the comfortable sofas mean you’ll find it easy to sink into the room and relax when you need too.
There are some home comforts here with the television and the DVD player, meaning whoever wants them, will be able to wind down with familiar activities, including Wi-Fi allowing you to catch up with anyone at home. For colder evenings there is also a wood burning stove available.
The conventional kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, even including some home comforts such as the coffee machine available – if you desire coffee in the morning, grab yourself a mug and pour the coffee and take it outside, enjoying it by the side of your private pool. Its convenient design means everything is easily reached making any meal prep here stress free.
The lower floor also has a twin bedroom and a shower room. All the bedrooms in this villa benefit from air conditioning, so you’ll be able to combat the heat at night, preventing restless nights giving you the best opportunity to enjoy your time here in Mallorca.
There are more bedrooms on the top floor, two double bedrooms and a twin room. These rooms also benefit from the neutral colours and warm lights that the rest of the house uses. They’re spacious and feel welcoming and have air conditioning to remove the concern of a restless night. There is also a bathroom available on the top floor.
Outside, not only do you have the stunning backdrop to your poolside sunbathing, but you also have a built-in brick barbeque house, with covered dining table and chairs. So, if dining outside is on the agenda for the lovely evenings in Pollença, you’re in luck here.
The pool itself has beautiful corner Roman steps leading in and out of it, making it suitable for younger children as well as a great facility for adults. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the grassy area surrounds the pool. To the side, there is a shower room for your use.
Finally, for more added entertainment there is a ping pong table provided – so battle it out amongst your guests to find out who is the best at pong, bathe in the sun and enjoy amazing food here at Casa Jaumet. Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.  
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.    
Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
