The stunning swimming pool and sun lounger-lined terrace will be hard to resist, and they’re just a short walk from the beach. If you’re taking the family to see Menorca, this 3-bedroom villa is a fine choice. Two of the bedrooms can be used as twins, and a lovely double completes the set. All are kept cool with ceiling fans. The villa also features two bathrooms, both with a bath tub.

Binsafua is a quiet, idyllic spot on Menorca’s southern coast, just 20 minutes’ drive from the island’s capital, Mahón. Neighbouring Binissafuller is a little busier but still slow-paced and relaxing, with the resort of Punta Prima a few kilometres further along the coast. This pretty stretch of coastline is made for getting outdoors and getting out on the water. If scuba-diving, sailing or swimming aren’t your thing, perhaps cycling, tennis or golf will tempt you.
Hire a car and the rest of the island will be yours to explore too. The capital’s natural harbour and laid-back vibe are bound to charm you, while Ciutadella de Menorca, over on the western coast, is a historic port with many fascinating old buildings to see and admire.Palm-fringed beaches, turquoise seas and a relaxed vibe epitomise Menorca, a Balearic island which keeps things slow and gentle. It provides the perfect setting for activities like walking, cycling or hiking, even for those who aren’t super-fit, and if you’re after the adrenaline rush of your chosen water-sport, there are few better places to go.
Menorca’s airport is located just outside the capital, Mahón, a charming small town known for its pretty harbour and countless pavement cafés. Bars and bakeries are dotted around this unhurried place, making it a delight to linger. On the island’s western coast, Ciutadella de Menorca is another town worth a visit, with its medieval streets, imposing palaces and Baroque cathedral lending a historical dimension to this beautiful port.
Besides its main towns, Menorca has plenty of natural wonders to explore. One you may like to see for yourself is the island’s highest peak, El Toro. Make the 354m ascent, and you will find a church and a statue of the Virgin Mary surveying the scene (and there’s a café up there too).At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
