The nearest beach is a little far out, at around a 20-minute walk, however, in high seasons, guests will be able to visit Mullins Bay Beach, a private beach club via a complimentary beach shuttle. Rum Shak is a rum store available on the resort. The themed shop is deigned after a traditional Bajan rum shack and sells bottled rum in a range of sizes. Guests will also be able to indulge in a drink and a delicious meal from a menu that serves dishes including flying fish cutters and West Indian roti’s.
Richmond Plantation in the parish of St Joseph is only a 20-minute drive away from the villa and holds a picturesque flower forest with a range of lovely native plants and flowers. The serene and inviting botanical garden provides marvellous views over the Atlantic. Visitors will enjoy peace as they look over the excellently-maintained and exotic plants, trees, shrubs and plants, most of them are labelled!
Frank Hutson Sugar Museum is working sugar factory on the island and is located in Saint James Parish. The museum provides a small insight into the sugar trade and sugar production of the factory.
