An impressive living area comprises of chic furnishings, an entertainment area and a statement gold and blue chandelier. The room is tastefully decorated in magnificent gold and exotic turquoise and is enhanced by floor-length doors opening onto the balcony.
At Prospect Estate, there are areas for both casual and formal dining. Inside, on the ground floor lies a dining area with seating for up to ten people. An open-air terrace provides further areas to dine in as well as an outdoor lounge area with wicker chairs and glorious views. This is the perfect area to indulge in casual dining with friends. A few steps down and you’ll find a laidback dining table and seating for eight dotted with trees. A separate terrace boasts another al-fresco eating option, with a seating area and barbecue pit. From here, a stairway leads down to the delightful sandy beach.
The home’s attractive master bedroom is located upstairs and holds beautiful old-world wooden laminate floors, a repurposed church door as a headboard and plenty of space to unwind in during the evenings. The suite is completed by a private and cosy sitting room and an elegant en-suite bathroom covered in a marble design, with a luxurious jacuzzi bathtub. This is the ideal suite for those seeking privacy.Batts Rock beach is a lovely location to enjoy tranquillity in the sunshine. Covered in exotic coral cairns, the waters here are calm and easy to swim in. The white sands provide the ideal ground to sleep on, while soaking in the sun’s hot rays. Batts Rock is a supremely quiet beach and if you go at the right time, you may be the only person on it – aside from the local green monkeys who come out from the trees.
The beach benefits from a small bar serving delicious Bajan food and tasty cocktails. Visitors to the beach will also discover entertainment including a pool table, hoopla and background music. The beach also contains clean bathroom and outdoor shower facilities as well as a security officer, a picnic area, a children’s playground and a community of local turtles.
Cin Cin by the Sea is a beautiful restaurant on the island serving local and international cuisine. Cin Cin translates to “chin-chin” which matches the venue’s fun and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant fuses elegant white décor with a mesmerising seafront location that lets you listen to the sounds of the ocean over dinner. Some of the visitors’ favourite dishes include prawn and pork rolls, Cioppino and mango and apple crumble.
