With its split level design, the first; of three bedrooms, is conveniently located just off the main entry way. Up the short flight of stairs, the main living areaoffers an open planning living and dining room; as well as the equipped kitchen. Also accessible from the upper level is the covered terrace complete withoutdoor dining area and sitting area; both of which enjoy views of the private swimming pool and out to the coast.
On the lower level, the Master bedroom offers a large sitting area, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. The second guest bedroom is alsoen-suite and enjoys a private patio providing access to the pool deck. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The private swimming pool and deck offer a great space for outdoor dining and lounging.

The Chattel houses provide a striking contrast to the colonial residences with their dazzling white coral facades and open verandas; the former are vividly coloured with fancy gables and gingerbread fretwork.
