Newly built a year ago, Villa Macia offers luxury, modern living for your holiday away. With views over the sea, reflected around the villa by floor-to-ceiling glass windows, every corner of the property has been carefully considered, designed to make your stay as magical as possible.
Over two floors, Villa Macia elegantly combines indoor and outdoor living, with sliding glass doors over both floors, that ease the boundary between the spaces, drawing the surrounding landscapes within the villa’s walls and extending the sociable space out into the open air.
On the ground floor, the main living space is open plan, with a stunning, contemporary kitchen, sociable dining area and cosy lounge space. This expansive room is bright and airy, leading out onto a spacious terrace with further sofas and an al-fresco dining area – the best spot for evening cocktails each night! There is a separate snug as well, with a sofa bed should you need it, offering kids a chance to enjoy their own space, playing games and watching movies together.
Throughout the rest of the villa, there are five bright bedrooms, four with double beds and one with three single beds, perfect for siblings that want to share! Three of the rooms share a modern, family bathroom. The remaining two boast en-suite bathrooms and access to beautiful balconies that overlook the terrace, pool and sea beyond, imagine waking up each morning, sliding open the doors and gazing out to the rippling blue sea on the horizon!
As you step outside on either level of the property, your gaze is drawn over the rooftops of Stiges to the sea on the horizon. The fabulous private swimming pool is on a level just below the ground floor, with step leading down into the water. Sun loungers sit next to the pool, so you can hop out of the calming water, put your feet up and top up your tan, enjoying the tranquil setting.

Villa Macia sits just 30 minutes from the beach and town centre of Sitges, or if you’re not feeling the walk, it is a 10-minute drive! The perfect location for exploring this beautiful coastal area! The area offers everything you might need for a relaxed holiday, with amenities close by such as shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and evening entertainment.
When you venture into the old town, there typically narrow Spanish streets that you can amble around explore each day. These pretty streets slowly lead you down to a picturesque, palm tree-lined promenade that runs the entire length of the open bay with its various beautiful beaches.
If you are already a wine connoisseur or are simply interested in tasting some local grapes, then you will enjoy visiting the local vineyards and bodegas of Torres, Cordoniu and Priorat. For food, you should try some traditional Catalan dishes, often featuring fresh seafood and Mediterranean vegetables, the delicacies are mouth-wateringly good! You will be lucky as Sitges itself offers a fabulous selection of restaurants, with cuisines from all around the world, ideal for pleasing every guest.
The access to this stunning town is as easy as it gets, located just 20-minutes from Barcelona’s El Prat international airport. It is not necessary to hire a car when staying in Sitges as there are excellent transport links to and from Barcelona airport and into Barcelona city.

Well known for its architecture and art, millions of people flock to this city to revel in its delights, and it is easy to see why! You must visit for a day, or even two, wandering around the old streets of the Gothic centre, eating at the fish restaurants in La Boqueria market, ambling around Park Guell and feasting your eyes on the stunning Gaudi architecture, visible throughout the city, in particular, the Sagrada Familia, cannot be missed!
