Villa Renata offers an enticing private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off in the warm Spanish climate, or you may choose to enjoy an aperitif or two on the private terrace whilst watching the stunning sunset over the valley. The terrace is perfect for al-fresco dining and for enjoying time as a group.
The situation of this villa in the La Bateria district creates the picture-perfect holiday, only walking distance from restaurants and cafés you can practice your Spanish skills whilst enjoying some local Tapas plates. The beaches are also only a short walk away, if you can resist the temptation to stay by the pool all day! If sunbathing isn’t your thing, there are plenty of nearby attractions to keep you busy, with a golf course, surf school and diving centre all close by, there is truly something for everyone.   The villa is situated in a small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region. Only 24km north-east from Figueras, 65km north from Girona and 160km north-east from Barcelona. The resort has all the amenities you could need for your stay, with shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market which you can enjoy.
To make the most of the warm Spanish climate, you can take your pick of sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, with a bathing bay and sports harbour close by, perfect for water sports. There are opportunities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, surfing, sailing and more, so there is truly something for everyone in this location.
