This luxury manor is located at Sant Vicens de Montalt on the Maresme Coast, 40km from Barcelona. Villa Vicentra is just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The villa enjoys spectacular views over the glistening Mediterranean Sea. Originally built in 1909, the villa has been owned by the same family for over 50 years, and you can easily see they have safeguarded the old world atmosphere. You can understand why the villa has been chosen as the setting for several movies. Villa Vicentra really is an exquisite masterpiece!
The incredible kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 6 stoves, a freezing and cooling chamber, 2 fridges, 2 ovens and microwave though you probably need all of that for 25 guests! Don’t worry; we can arrange for a chef to come in and prepare food for you if you wish! Also, the family hosts can advise on pre-orders of food and drink. The kitchen is usefully located next to the main alfresco dining area. Also downstairs are 2 interior stately dining rooms, a breakfast room, 2 libraries, living rooms, a conference and TV room, an enormous hall with 3 areas and the Steinway and there is even a chapel.  
The villa has such a palatial feel to it and is so well-cared for. Everything will catch your eye! You could spend hours looking at all the detail in the rooms. The furniture is exquisite and meticulous in style and design. On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning and 5 bathrooms. Each has its own individual style. There is a mix of kings and twins with many of the twins having the option to be made up as doubles. Two bedrooms have access to a wonderful terrace with breathtaking views over the estate and out to sea, and one of these two has its own sitting room. 
The bathrooms are impeccable, again with varying designs of modern and traditional with astonishing style and striking tiling. Four of the bathrooms are ensuite, and the other is next to the bedroom. The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. Again the beds can generally be made as kings or twins except for the one single room. One of the bedrooms is reached through one other. All except one of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The single bedroom’s bathroom is adapted for disabled guests.
The grounds of Villa Vicentra are absolutely magnificent and were designed by the famous architect Jean-Baptiste Nicolas Forestier. They feature intricate ponds, pergolas, benches, stunning flowers, hundred-year-old trees, and so many intimate or group places to sit and enjoy the surroundings or some refreshments. 
There is a choice of venue for alfresco dining and many quiet spaces for a holiday read or just time to contemplate the beauty of this estate. There is much entertainment on offer, including tennis, fronton, swimming, basketball, horse riding, table tennis and rollerblading. You can even laze around the swimming pool and listen watch the roosters, chickens and horses. There is a separate pool house with a fridge to cool your drinks and a toilet.
Villa Vicentra is the ultimate party house. It is stunningly beautiful and such a treat. The hosts will welcome you warmly and arrange whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. The villa is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.The Sant Vicens de Montalt location of Villa Vicentra is marvellous. Just 5 minutes walk away is the beach where you can enjoy some lunch and delicious Sangria and then enjoy an afternoon snooze on the beach. Golf Sant Vicens de Montalt borders the property and 4km away is Golf Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. Such a joy for golf fanatics! Close by; you can enjoy the tennis club, sailing club and pitch and putt. 
Sant Vicens de Montalt is situated between Sant Andreu de Llavaneres and Arenys de Mar on the coast. Arenys the Mar’s fishing fleet brings in some delicious sea fish for amazing dinners! It is a great area to explore. You can easily organise a quad tour through the mountain region and enjoy some breathtaking views. It is fantastic for mountain biking, and bike hire is easily available. There are also pony riding lessons close by. 
Mataro is no distance from the villa where you will find large shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants and also a rich history that dates back to Roman times. The Llauder Tower contains ruins of a typical Roman villa from the 1st to 3rd centuries AD. Mataro’s significant marina and beach are popular in this gorgeous coastal town. For a pleasant stroll, you should head for the wide and attractive Passeig Maritim. 
Most guests spend some time in Barcelona as well as Monserrat and Girona. Some of the favourite attractions in Barcelona are Segrada Familia, Park Guell, the Montjuic cable car ride, the incredibly intricate Casa Mila and the beach. You can either take the car or the train into Barcelona. A trip to Monserrat Monastery, home to the Black Madonna is a great outing, coupled with a guided tour of the vineyards of Oller del Mas, a winery housed in a 10th-century castle. 
La Roca Village is a fantastic outlet shopping mall 25km from the villa.
