Picture this, you are sitting in the lounge drinking a cup of tea overlooking the palm-tree framed ocean. In fact, you woke up to the view of the ocean, as the Spanish sun streamed in the curtains and the waves crashed on the beach below. This bright and modern luxury villa just oozes charm and as you step foot in the front door you will feel the stress melt away. The open plan living allows not only for the optimal appreciation of the view but provides the chance for the whole group to relax together, whether eating, reading, watching television or cooking, everyone can be together. Of course, there are times you want to escape and revel in some solitude, which is why there are three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
A kitchen is often said to be the hub of the home and even though while on vacation you rarely wish to spend time cooking, you may never want to leave this spot. Open, white, modern and spacious, it is the dream kitchen. Of course, it has everything you could need, and more, such as a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, electric kettle, mixer, toaster and juicer. Meals can be enjoyed in the open plan living room, which, you guessed it, has stunning views of the ocean.
The bedrooms, all beautiful and bright make the most of their view with big windows and some with doors opening onto a balcony. All three bedrooms are double with ceiling fans and a bathroom en-suite. The en-suites vary from those with a single washbasin, bath and toilet to a double washbasin, bath, shower and toilet. There is also a guest bathroom with a single washbasin and toilet.  Nothing in this villa has been overlooked.
As you walk outside, it is clear you are in Spain soaking up the sun. The large private pool is surrounded by palm trees and a small rock waterfall brings added charm and luxury to pool. Sun chairs line the pool, offering optimal sunbathing options. Whether you lay right by the pool, or on one of the three terraces that surround the home you can appreciate the view. Of course, for solitude, a sneaky vino and some spectacular views you can sneak up to the loungers that have your name on them on the roof terrace.  Perhaps one of the outdoor highlights it the dining nook, complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbeque, a dining area and large, comfy bench-seating.  This stunning villa is just one kilometre from La Fustera beach and is located in a coastal residential area. The modern villa is located just two kilometres from the nearest town, Calpe, and also just two kilometres from the nearest port, Benissa, there is plenty to see in both areas. Of course, the luxury of this home is that you are within 1000 metres of the nearest beach, La Fustera.
Benissa is a quieter resort town along the Costa Blanca, it has a rich history and a lot of the town has been largely preserved. The cuisine in Benissa is not to be missed and boasts fresh, locally caught seafood. There are also plenty of international establishments in the area, so every appetite is happy.
Calpe is renowned for the sandy beaches and sea pools that run along the coast, as well as the medieval ruins. Like Benissa, Calpe boasts a rich history and the church in the area known as Iglesia Vieja, is Valencia’s only remaining example of Mudejar-Gothic architecture. With such a rich history, the cuisine reflects the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.
While these are the two closest towns, other coastal areas, sites and towns along the Costa Blanca are also nearby, and the convenient location of the A-7 motorway makes getting to these a breeze.
