Villa Cometa is a two-storey modern villa, simply decorated in a contemporary style. There are five bedrooms across two floors – three of which have access to terraces and can take full advantage of the enviable mountain views. It’s a well-equipped villa, with everything you might need on your family holiday – and all in a great location. Calpe has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as a great sandy beach and lots of different water sports – something to keep everyone in your party happy.
The ground floor is largely open plan – with the living and dining rooms separated from the kitchen by an archway. There are large glass double doors here leading out to the terraces – a great place to sit and drink in the view – rooftops giving way to the mountains beyond.
Outside is a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue and covered terraces with dining table and chairs. The villa is perfectly set up for those that want to retreat from the main heat of the day – head to the terrace for a bit of quiet with a good book, or cook lunch on the barbecue and enjoy relaxing in the shade.
In Calpe there is the lovely town beach of Playa Arenal, more than one kilometre of fine golden sands and clear waters, its facilities have earned it a blue flag.  Calpe is most famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area. There are good public transport links from Calpe for those with a sense of independence whilst others may prefer to hire a car to explore some of the more traditional inland villages or less discovered beaches of this interesting and beautiful part of the Costa Blanca.Villa Cometa is a gorgeous property strategically located near to the popular town of Calpe, in the Costa Blanca region with amazing views over the mountains and countryside.
