The bold, bright villa on the hilltop of Moraira offers exquisite views of the sea, the leafy local landscape, and of course the iconic Peñon de Ifach.
The modern interior complements the striking exterior, with bold monochrome designs. The main living area offers a very comfortable set of sofas in front of both an ornate fireplace and a TV with DVD player and satellite channels, perfect for the cooler winter evenings! The circular patterned ceiling of wooden beams is a great feature of this room, adding a slightly more traditional feel to this otherwise thoroughly modern villa! The indoor dining area can seat up to six, with a matching décor to the kitchen alongside, which is fully equipped to meet all your requirements. On this ground-floor, there is also a utility room with a washing machine.
The bedrooms are simply delightful! On the ground-floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room as well as a twin bedroom, both of which enjoy direct access to the pool terrace. On the first-floor, there is a further twin bedroom with a shower room, and on the next floor, there is a second double room with a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with incredible sea views. Three of the four rooms enjoy direct access to a balcony or terrace through vast French doors which allow the light to flood into the rooms and keep them bright, warm and airy all-day long. All four rooms enjoy plenty of storage, high-quality furniture and tasteful décor, as well as air conditioning and central heating. The four bathrooms are bright and modern.
From the ground-floor kitchen/dining area, there is access to a covered balcony overlooking the private pool, with seating for six around a sheltered dining table, as well as eight sun loungers around the pool. In this fabulous terrace area, there is also a great outdoor kitchen area with a sink and built-in BBQ, and an outdoor shower. With parking for four cars, you can be sure you’ll be guaranteed a place to park at the end of the day with no stress at all.
While enjoying a quiet and peaceful location, the beaches, bars, shops and restaurants of Moraira can all be accessed with just five-minutes driving, as well as the cove of Baladrar on the doorstep and Calpe just an extra 10 minutes away, so you’ll never be bored! Nestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Moraira is a beautiful coastal town with traditional Spanish charm oozing through its cobbled streets and market squares. Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste!
