Located in Benissa, this villa sits in a coastal, hilly, area, meaning there are spanning views to be enjoyed all hours of the day.
The villa is the perfect home away from home, offering everything you need for a comfortable vacation. With two open plan living areas, there is plenty of space for everyone. The first open plan living area has loads of natural light beaming into the room. It has two dining tables, perfect for the accommodating the big groups that this villa can house. Stepping out onto the balcony, to yet another dining table, and the view is breath-taking. Overlooking other villas, lush greenery and the ocean in the distance. The second open plan living area also has a dining table that looks out through double doors onto the stunning view, and on to the terrace. Each living area has comfortable sofas to slouch onto during some much-needed downtime, whether you read, scroll social media or watch cable television.
After a long day in the sun, there is something special about everyone mucking in and making a feast for dinner, music playing and the sun setting over the ocean. There are two kitchens to make this possible, both kitchens offering a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The larger kitchen also offers a juicer for fresh daily juices and a dishwasher to make cleaning up after said feast an easier task.
When it comes to resting your head, there are four bedrooms in total, two each with two single beds and the other two each with a double bed. The two living rooms also have sofa beds. There are two bathrooms in the villa, each with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
When picking a destination with such ideal and stunning weather, you want to make sure the spot you are staying can accommodate all your sun-soaking, relaxation needs. This spot ticks all you want, and more. The three terraces offer ultimate sun enjoyment all day as you want the sun move around the lot. Of course, the ultimate way to relax is to grab a book, a cold, fresh juice and set yourself up by the pool, topping up the tan and taking a dip when the heat becomes just too intolerable.  
All of this is located just three kilometres from Cala Advocat beach.The Costa Blanca coastline is one of the most stunning, picturesque spots offering something for every holiday goer. Most importantly, the weather is beautiful and the area welcomes 3,000 hours of sun a year and the average afternoon high year-round is 20 degrees.
One of the most popular towns along the coast because of its stunning architecture and incredible history is the medieval town of Benissa. The town’s rich history has been largely preserved. As you wander the narrow lanes be fully immersed in the medieval character that still exists in Benissa, the white walls, window grids and flowers that hang from the balconies.
Of course, there are also stunning beaches along the coast with crystal clear water and EEC flags, which mean the beaches are not only clean but also safe and accessible.     Benissa boasts fresh, locally caught seafood, which is a must try. There are also plenty of international establishments in the area, so every appetite is happy no matter what they fancy.
Take a day trip along the coast to other towns and be charmed by the upmarket beach town of Moraira or engross yourself in more history at Calpe, a town full of Mudejar-Gothic architecture. All of this is a breeze as Benissa is located just off the A-7 motorway. The nearest airport, Alicante, is just over an hour’s drive from the villa and the second nearest airport, Valencia, is over 100 kilometres away.
