The ground floor of this villa is closed and unoccupied, so all the living areas can be found on the spacious first floor which benefits from the higher views. The living and dining area is open plan, ideal for friendly families to spend some time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, perfect for whipping up some picnics to carry to the beach and some evening meals to enjoy on the terrace. The master bedroom has it’s own en-suite shower-room so that parents can have their privacy!
There is also a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom, perfect for the rest of the family.
As you step outside, the charming terrace makes the most of the views across the surrounding areas. There is space to dine al-fresco, enjoying the long summer evenings and warm evening sun.

Whether you want to explore the whole Costa Blanca coastline, spend long days on the beach, play a round of golf or enjoy days within your private villa, Villa Gabrela has it all. This villa is located along the Costa Blanca, which is 200 kilometres of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province of Spain. This coast is an incredibly popular tourist destination because of the crystal-clear beaches, many of which hold EEC blue flags because they are so clean, safe and accessible.
It is also a famous holiday spot because of the weather, think long, hot summers and short, mild winters. Along the Costa Blanca, the average afternoon temperature is 20 degrees, all year round.
Calpe offers a variety of cuisine that reflects the history and civilisations that have lived in this area, such as Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims. Calpe is located at the heart of the Costa Blanca, and other towns along the coast are easily accessible by the A-7 motorway, such as Benissa, Javea and Moraira.
