Casa Unai is a contemporary, stylish property offering those little luxuries that you have been waiting for. Situated in a fabulous location, boasting sea views and within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and bars, you can relax and have a care-free holiday from the moment you arrive.
Spread over two bright floors, Casa Unai offering modern living, with huge floor to ceiling glass windows, flooding the living areas with sunlight and offering gorgeous views out towards the sea and surrounding area. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living/dining room, with comfortable furnishings ideal for when you want a break from the outside. Generous sliding glass doors provide views and access to the pool terrace, so you can float between the inside and outside spaces, providing a very sociable atmosphere. Through a large sliding door, you will find the modern kitchen, with the door open, this space is almost open-plan to the living room, so the option is yours. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use, if you find inspiration from the local tapas dishes available from the nearby restaurant, this space is perfect for giving Spanish cooking a go yourself! On this floor there is also two double bedrooms with access to the terrace and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is further double bedroom, with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed and access to a terrace, perfect for stumbling out of bed in the morning and gazing out towards the ocean, maybe with a coffee or fresh orange juice. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
Externally, Casa Unai, offering glamorous, villa living, with a large private swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds where you can read your favourite book and top up our tan. There is a barbecue for your use and several spots where you can socialise and enjoy a bottle of local wine in the evening, making the most of the warm Spanish climate. Located in a cosy resort, in the eastern part of the region, nearby to Calpe and Benissa. The resort is easy and stress-free, with supermarkets, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, restaurants and bars all at your disposal. The coastline between Calp and Moraira where the villa is situated is truly beautiful, with three of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa Blanca. Shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach, it is a remarkable backdrop for your holiday. Calpe offers a wonderful mixture of old Valencian culture and charm with the added addition of tourist facilities, restaurants, shops and bars, as it is nowadays a popular tourist destination. Calpe is a great base to explore the local area and the many local beaches, known to be some of the most beautiful beaches on the coastline.
