This quintessential Spanish house is the perfect place to call home during your trip to the Costa Blanca. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an open plan living area – you couldn’t want for much else. Traditional touches are combined with modern furnishings and bright, white spaces while each room has a homely feel, whether it’s artwork or a floral flourish.
The open plan living area has loads of nooks and crannies to retreat to, a good book in one hand and a glass of local vino in the other and you have your choice of comfortable seats and rooms to relax in. There’s also a satellite television with a DVD player so you can have a movie night – BYO popcorn.
Cook up a storm after a trip to the nearby supermarket in the well-equipped kitchen, which has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, a toaster, juicer, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room as everyone sits around, reminiscing over the day that was and planning tomorrow.
Three of the bedrooms offer double beds, two of which are made up of two singles. The fourth room is a pullout couch, and also has a television, en-suite and small kitchenette. This is perfect for a couple looking for a little alone time or older children who would relish in a bit of privacy. 
Unsurprisingly, the outdoor area takes full advantage of the stunning weather, and it’s where you want to be when the sun is shining. Grab a fresh juice and set yourself up on one of the sun loungers surrounding the pool, moving only for a dip when you need to cool down. There’s a lovely dining area outside, perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal or a cheese board. There’s also a little shaded nook with a cosy seat, ready for those who need a little respite from the sun.
It’s also the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast – complete with fresh juice and hot coffee.

With long, hot summers and mild winters, the Costa Blanca is a great place to visit all year long.
There are so many towns, big and small, that you can stumble upon during your visit. Whether it’s the bigger cities of Alicante and Benidorm, where you’ve got bigger beaches, shopping streets and even theme parks and water parks, or perhaps you’re more interested in smaller, untouched towns, like Altea, Calp or Guadalest. Each city, town and village is unique in its own right, and it’s well worth hiring a car and driving along the coast. It’s also a great way to explore some of the unspoilt areas, where you can embrace the more traditional style of living – in other words, siestas are a thing and it’s worth taking your guidebook.
This villa is in Benissa, a small town that happens to be one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca. It’s located near the northern end of the Costa Blanca. A lot of the history of Benissa has been well preserved and a lot of the medieval character, with white walls, window grids and balconies has been preserved. As you wander the streets, it’s easy to imagine what it would have been like many years ago.
There’s plenty to do in Benissa itself, from many fine and challenging golf course to horse riding and, of course, beaches. Playa la Fustera is the best beaches to go and visit, because it’s close and also a quite, blue flag beach with fine sand. The villa is just over one kilometre from the nearest sandy beach, La Fustera Beach. If you prefer rocky beaches, Cala Pinets is just two kilometres way.
If you are visiting Benissa, and many places in the Costa Blanca, you can’t go past the bounties of the sea – fresh fish, often in a rice dish are the local delicacies.
