Can Noia is traditional home perched in the hills above the quiet sea town of Blanes. The villa’s high ceilings, spacious outdoors and private pool make it a fantastic home during your stay in this beautiful town. Accommodating ten guests across five bedrooms, it’s ideal for family or friends to gather, appreciating the views of the nearby mountains and of course, the Mediterranean Sea.
The villas décor emulates the local tradition with white walls and high ceilings giving the rooms a bright and airy feel, with softwood furnishings providing a warmer and comforting touch. A semi-open plan living and dining space are the focal points of the interior, with two huge sofas able to seat all the guests in comfort. With a fireplace and television also in the room, it is a great spot for winding down after a busy day or exploring. The dining room sits a few steps up from the living area and has a large table for mealtimes. A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and features all the modern appliances you might expect.  The ‘L’ shaped kitchen even has a small breakfast bar, a fantastic spot to enjoy a coffee and read the news before tucking into breakfast.
Walking through the living room and up the stairs to the first floor, guests will find all five bedrooms. Compromising of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a further bedroom with a single bed and a pull out bed, each room is bright and airy. A double bedroom includes office space and additional seating area, making for a great oasis away from the group when a little privacy is desired.
The villa’s exterior is fantastic for enjoying the great weather the region experiences. The large terrace on the first floor is perfect for taking in the views, so be sure to head up during the sunset to watch the town settle into the evening with a glass of wine in hand. The private pool is great for cooling down during the day, with surrounding sun loungers and outdoor furniture to relax on afterwards.  There is even an outdoor dining area for some al fresco dining.
It is easy to spend time in this comfortable property; its great views and spacious outdoors will make it hard to leave and explore the beautiful town just on its doorstep.

Being less than a fifteen-minute walk to a supermarket and thirty-minutes from the beach, the villa is well situated to cater for all your needs.
Blanes is the perfect town for those who want to explore the Costa Brava. Often referred to as the gateway to the Costa Brava, the long stretch of sandy beach signifies the beginning of the dramatic coastline. The beach’s pristine and calm waters are a joy to swim in, making a day on the beach a must. The town is perfect for both families and couples, with a variety of restaurants catering to different needs and tastes. For a local experience, seek out some of the tapas bars, known for their excellent seafood, and then head to the waterfront for a stroll along the beach, listening to the gentle breaking of waves.
The entire coastline is filled with all sorts of different walking trails that offer some breathtaking views of the coast. Many of these walks will also guide you to smaller coves and beaches not accessible by car, giving you the chance to escape some of the busier beaches. You can even walk all the way to the next town, Lloret de Mar. Although about five hours long in length, you can reward yourself will a cool beer before grabbing a taxi or bus back.
Lloret de Mar is great for guests seeking a vibrant nightlife, with lots of bars and several clubs, the town comes to life during the evening. Go for dinner and experience some of the best restaurants in the area before staying into the early hours exploring the hidden bars in the towns narrow winding streets. You can then rest up the next day with a lazy morning by the pool, relaxing in this amazing location.
