Villa Artic is traditional home laying in the hills a little inland from Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava. The villa has four bedrooms for eight guests, including an independent floor, and plenty of space for spending time with your loved ones. The villa’s exterior is fabulous, with gorgeous mountain views from the terrace and private pool where you can enjoy the serene surroundings. The quiet neighbourhood makes Villa Artic ideal for groups seeking a calm oasis whilst spending time in this incredible region.
The villa’s traditional décor is comforting, with soft wood furnishings warming the cool white walls. Although traditional in style, the interior is sleek with clean lines and thin wooden window frames, it is a pleasure to spend time in the communal spaces. Entering the main section of the villa on the first floor, guests will find the living space. This bright space has two sofas and a television, making for a cosy space to relax in. The large French doors offer access to the terrace whilst allowing you to enjoy the fantastic views from the comfort of the sofa. The adjacent dining room sits a few steps above the living room. A dining table occupies most of the space, with a serving hatch providing a glimpse of the kitchen next door. This fully equipped and modern kitchen has everything you need to cook some amazing meals from home, or even taking inspiration from something more local. The first floor is completed by three of the bedrooms, two double bedrooms and twin bedroom provide most of the sleeping arrangements. The rooms are simple in design but offer a quiet retreat you can rest up in after an exciting day exploring.
The villas’ ground floor can act as a fully independent department for guests looking for some extra privacy. With its very own kitchen and dining space, there is everything you may need for a bit of independence. The ground floor also has a living space with a huge sofa as well as a further double bedroom.
Villa Artic exterior is amazing, the stunning private pool is a real treat, and offers great views of the surrounding hills. The patio has plenty of space for lounging and leads to a covered dining area and barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals in the amazing surroundings. 

The villa is located in a quiet residential area outside the popular town of Lloret de Mar. This peaceful place is great for those seeking to enjoy calm and restful evenings followed by tranquil mornings. The location is fantastic for exploring the different towns and beaches all along the coast. Being in a largely residential area, Lloret de Mar is home to most of the areas amenities and can accessed by car in ten minutes. 
Lloret de Mar has a wide range of bars and restaurants to suit all different tastes. There are several cuisines on offer, but we recommend you tuck into the local delicacy, tapas. With the sea on the doorstep you can expect the fresh fish to be found on the menu, try pairing this with some of the local wine for a real culinary culture experience. Lloret de Mar is also home to a lively nightlife, with a range of late-night bars, clubs and smaller romantic venues, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The nearest beach to Villa Artic can also be found at Lloret de Mar. The popular beach has beautiful clear waters and is perfect for a lazy day of relaxation. There are lots of amenities to make the day more comfortable with showers, toilets and umbrellas available for hire, it will be hard to leave! If you are looking to escape the crowds there are several smaller beaches up the coast away from the busy towns, many of these will still offer basic facilities but offer great seclusion for you to enjoy the water.
For fantastic views enjoy a walk from the town to Castell d’en Plaja, a 1930s castle perched high on the sea cliffs. Being a private building, you cannot enter the castle, but you can still appreciate the spectating panoramic views on the surrounding landscape and sea, it is a great spot to enjoy sunset. During the summer months it is a popular spot for couples and families enjoying the views, whilst during winter it offer a calmer and more tranquil setting to appreciate the natural beauty from.
