Villa Galaxia is a simple traditional home located eight kilometres inland from the popular town of Lloret de Mar. The villas residential settings are quiet and peaceful, offering mountain views and plenty of charm. The villa has four bedrooms to accommodate eight guests and boast little luxuries like a private pool and summer kitchen.
The villa has a traditional interior with thick wooden rafters complemented by bright white walls, making the communal spaces light and airy. The double-height living area is a lovely space to hang out in during the day. A large corner sofa and comfortable armchairs invite you to relax and gaze out the French doors, enjoying the view. The dining table also occupies this open-plan space and provides a setting to enjoy meals together. In the next room, there is a fully equipped kitchen to cater for all your needs, large enough for some helping hands, here you can cook some delicious meals to share with the group. There is also an additional small table for enjoying a quick bite to eat from.  The ground floor is also home to a double bedroom.
Two further double bedrooms share the lower ground floor with a shower room. These brightly coloured rooms are simply furnished but provide a calming space to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
The final bedroom is located on the first floor, the double bedroom enjoys the exposed rafters of the roof and is furnished with a comfy sofa, offering a private space to relax in. The first floor has some great features that make Villa Galaxia stand out. A further spacious lounge area ensures that guests can enjoy some privacy when desired, the large sofa and television make it a comforting place to unwind in. There is also a small library for guests to use, so no need to bring lots of books with you!
Outside the villas private pool is the real centrepiece, offering the ideal way to cool down on a hot summer’s day. The garden includes a number of sun loungers as well as outdoor dining areas in the sun and undercover. The summer kitchen is a great addition, the barbecue, sink and fridge freezer allowing you to cook up big barbecue feasts with ease.Villa Galaxia is located just inland from the busy town of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava. The villa is perched in the hills of a residential neighbourhood; it is a tranquil place with other holidaymakers looking to find a quiet escape to the Spanish coast. The local area is home to a handful of bars and restaurants, but a huge range of eateries and shops can be found in nearby Lloret de Mar.
Explore the streets of the Lloret de Mar, and you will find plenty of shops for an afternoon of shopping, with a range of high-end fashion and more touristy shops all available in the town. Stay into the evening an enjoy a dinner of fine tapas, fresh seafood and delicious local wine. Although if you prefer, there is no shortage of another cuisine available. The wide range of restaurants can cater for large groups looking for a fun and lively atmosphere as well as couple and families looking for something a little calmer or romantic. If you have the itch to dance, Lloret de Mar is home to a vibrant nightlife. With clubs open through the night and bars welcoming groups, there is plenty of opportunity for dance and night to remember.
A trip to the Costa Brava would not be complete without spending some time at the beach. The whole coastline is full of gorgeous beaches and clear waters, so there are plenty to choose from. The beach at Lloret de Mar offers all the facilities the town can offer, with beach bars, restaurants, and water sports all available. Being so convenient to access the beach, it can get a little crowded in the summer. In which case, a short drive up the coast to Canyelles will result in similar great facilities but with fewer visitors, giving you the chance to enjoy the sea in a bit more peace. You can also find some peace and quiet on one of the boat tours that guide you to hidden coves and secluded beaches only accessible by sea. This is a really great way to explore the famous coastline.
