This lovely three-bedroom, one-storey villa in the luscious countryside of the Costa Brava boasts a traditional décor and unique garden.
There are three private parking spaces upon arrival at the property, and there is free WiFi available throughout, as well as A/C in the living room and two of the bedrooms. On entering, you are welcomed by a cosy living/dining area with plenty of sofa space in front of the TV and a lovely wood dining table and dresser by the fireplace. This is the perfect space in which to curl up on the cooler winter evenings to stay warm. The kitchen is similarly traditionally designed, with wooden fittings, and all the latest mod cons including a coffee machine and blender, as well as a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.
Each of the three bedrooms is located on this ground floor, and there is one double with ensuite bathroom, one twin and one single room. All are equipped with traditional wood furniture, with plenty of storage space and tasteful décor. A large family bathroom with a shower completes the property. The double and twin bedrooms both have air conditioning.
The private garden is undoubtedly the cherry on the cake of this delightful property. With a huge pool with a stone step entrance, plenty of sun loungers, an incredible stone-built barbeque on the terrace and a perfect veranda, offering a calm, shaded area in which to dine. There is a fantastic array of colourful plants and flowers all around the garden (including on the dining table!) bringing a real sense of life and energy within its walls!
And all of this is located just a short stroll from the nearest restaurant, a short drive from everything you need to complete your perfect Spanish getaway!
Nestled between Xàbia and Calp on the fabulous Costa Blanca of Spain, Benissa is one of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca! Thoroughly enchanting in itself, the municipality of Benissa stretches all the way to the coast, and being slightly elevated in the mountains, the town offers some of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean!Just a stone’s throw away, enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, the coastal town of Moraira provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more! Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker’s paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it’s more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening. Famous beaches, such as the Playa de L’ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December! So whether you fancy taking an evening stroll through palm-tree promenades or practising your Flamenco at a lively fiesta, expect to find all your needs met here!  Fairly equally placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, accessing the area is incredibly easy.
