This 5-bedroom villa in the Balcón al Mar district of Jávea offers panoramic sea views from its elevated position. They are at their most spectacular from Villa San Pedro’s magnificent pool terrace, which provides the perfect excuse to laze the day away in the Costa Blanca sun.
The house positions you around 8km from Jávea’s beautiful Arenal beach. There’s a large, fenced garden, sun loungers and garden chairs on the terrace, and the impressive swimming pool, measuring 10m x 5m, is available to use all year round. There’s also an outdoor shower and a barbecue, because it will be hard to resist eating outside in this climate.
The 2-storey villa features a flatscreen TV with satellite channels, DVD and a music system in the comfortable living area. There’s direct access to the terrace and a fine view through the large windows. The kitchen has a dining area and all the appliances from dishwasher to coffee machine – and it’s just a few steps away.
Bedrooms are spread across the two floors, with two on the lower level and three above. Air-conditioning and fans keep the rooms cool and comfortable, and you have bathrooms on both floors, as well as an additional kitchenette on the lower level. Villa San Pedro also offers covered parking and free WiFi.
A quiet location and wonderful outdoor spaces will give you a relaxing holiday at Villa San Pedro. It’s only a short drive into Jávea, with the beaches and marina both very pleasant places to spend some time. The town offers all kinds of activities and festivals to get involved with, and no shortage of excellent places to eat, drink and enjoy the local culture. As it’s roughly halfway between Valencia and Alicante, it’s also easy to reach – both airports are around 75 minutes’ drive from Jávea.

On the scenic Mediterranean coast, the small town of Jávea is a friendly place which delights visitors to the Costa Blanca with its pretty marina and beautiful beaches. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving expertly prepared fish dishes featuring the best of the day’s catch.
Arenal beach is a big draw for visitors – the golden sands are fringed with palm trees and make a great place to take the family. There are play areas for the children, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Restaurants around the town aren’t restricted to local specialities, but it would be a shame not to take the opportunity to try the region’s rich meat and fish favourites or gorgeous sweet pastries.
As well as international cuisine, you can try the local wine, such as Jalon – a fine accompaniment to the hearty Mediterranean desserts. The town has many attractive buildings including churches and monasteries –  look out also for the ancient windmills which dot the landscape just outside the town. Jávea has an excellent array of shops to explore, and great sports facilities too. As well as many water-sports you can enjoy a round of golf at the town’s club, set amidst fragrant pine and orange trees, or at several other locations nearby.
