This unique one-storey villa in the hills of Moraira has a vast, colourful garden and a modern, spacious interior.
There is a brilliant mixture of living areas, allowing everyone plenty of space and choice when it comes to downtime. With two TVs, a fireplace surrounded by cosy sofas, two dining tables (seating 6 and 8), and a desk in an elevated study area, everyone can find their perfect indoor chill-out zone in this brightly-lit conservatory. And then – the kitchen is exquisite! Beautiful blue fittings complement the granite worktops, and the spotlighting creates a perfect ambience. There is plenty of space for all meal prep requirements, a large oven, American style fridge/freezer and all the latest mod cons, to make cooking throughout your stay effortless. The entire villa also has central heating and free WiFi.
The three bedrooms are designed to a very high standard, with matching high-quality wood furniture and tasteful décor. Each has a large set of windows to ensure a warm, bright room, and all three bedrooms enjoy the air conditioning. One double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, and there is a second family bathroom on this floor. Both bathrooms are bright, with lovely white-tiled walls. There is also a utility room with an extra shower/WC as well as a washing machine and dryer.
The garden is perhaps the jewel in the crown of this remarkable property. With a huge oval private pool, countless sun loungers and a magical tiled terrace. The array of trees, fountains and even a built-in barbeque are ensconced in a beautiful blanket of colour. As well as this, the whole villa is fenced, making it a perfect spot for a family.
