This fabulous two-storey hillside villa in Benissa offers modern living in a spacious, elegant style, with sea-views and smooth designs.
Entrance is down a set of sleek white stairs and into a large open plan living area. Here there is a significant dining table for eight, set alongside a comfortable living area with a huge TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, with giant patio doors allowing the light to flood in on a sunny day! The large kitchen is also on this floor, with modern fittings and accessories, and plenty of space for meal prep, as well as a breakfast table. There are central heating and A/C available in every room.
The stylish and sophisticated bedrooms are found down the second set of internal stairs, on the lower-ground floor. There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room and TV, and both with direct balcony access. There is also one twin-bedroom, and an extra full bathroom on this floor, as well as a guest WC available on the ground floor. All three bathrooms are incredibly sleek and modern, with powerful colour schemes and fresh designs.
And finally, the large terrace offers exquisite views of the leafy surroundings, right out to the sea! The beautiful pool, with a great stone step entrance, stretches the entire length of the terrace, bordered by a row of sun loungers down one side. A fabulous outdoor kitchen and dining area with a portable barbeque are shaded by the veranda, creating a perfect space for an alfresco meal, and ensuring you do not need to step inside while the sun is shining! There’s even an outdoor shower!

Thoroughly enchanting in itself, the municipality of Benissa stretches all the way to the coast, and is slightly elevated in the mountains, the town offers some of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Mediterranean!Just a stone’s throw away, enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the beautiful sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, the coastal town of Moraira provides something for every taste! From water-sports, horse riding, cycling, tennis and go-carting to golf, boat trips and a weekly market where you can find all kinds of local produce including food, gifts, linen, leather and ceramic goods and so much more! Once a small fishing village, this peaceful town has grown steadily into a holiday-maker’s paradise, with a beautiful marina and an exotic array of bars and restaurants allowing you to try the local cuisine (it’s more than just paella!), explore historic landmarks and indulge in a sangria or two in the evening. Infamous beaches, such as the Playa de L’ampolla with its pedalos and parasols, and Playa del Portet, ideal for children with its abundant shallow waters, are located within the town, and with the average winter temperature in Moraira at 18.1° C, you might find yourself sunbathing even in December!
