With plenty of space, this villa has everything you need from open plan living and dining rooms, with natural sunlight, cable television and views to a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and want, such as an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
The villa has one double bedroom, but there is also a sofa bed in the living room that has a prime spot for enjoying the view. The villa’s bathroom has a single washbasin, shower and toilet, and there is also an outdoor shower for those who like to be at one with nature, or just want to freshen up post-beach or swim.
The outdoor area of this villa is all about the view, the stunning, sweeping vistas of the lush greenery and the ocean in the distance. The large private pool is the perfect place to enjoy the view, and the stunning Costa Blanca weather, which averages an afternoon high of 20 degrees’ year around. Bask in this sun by the private pool on the loungers or at the poolside dining area.
All of this is located in Benitachell, five kilometres from the nearest town and beach.The Costa Blanca is one of the most desirable holiday destinations, not only is the coast spotted with countless unique beach towns to explore but the weather is perfect, all year round. At the northern end of the Costa Blanca is Benitachell is a quiet and tranquil village, between Teulada and Javea. It is a more peaceful location, but just a short drive to the beaches in Moraira or Javea. The largest urbanisation in the town is Cumbre del Sol, which not only has stunning views of the sea and a beach but also a modern supermarket and banks.
The town is just off the A-7 motorway, which makes it easy to head along the coast and explore the other towns and villages along the Costa Blanca.
