Villa Caetano has an attractive outdoor terrace and private pool and is a lovely holiday home for up to four people. Set in a quiet residential quarter of Moraira, and just a few kilometres from the town centre’s shops, restaurants and beaches, Villa Caetano’s location is pretty wonderful too.
It has a charming, modern interior and there’s a pleasant, fresh feel to every room. Sleeping accommodation comprises a double and a twin room, both with cooling walls and floor, and the bathroom is beautifully tiled. The kitchen-diner is well appointed and sociably connects to the relaxing lounge. From here, you step outside onto the good-sized shady terrace.
Complete with table and chairs, you’re all set for eating al fresco at every opportunity, starting with breakfast and morning coffee. The terrace then extends out to a larger stone-flagged area for following the sun with your lounger or just letting the kids play.  An attractive stone path takes you past mature palm trees and well-cared for flower beds, before leading you to the private pool. This peaceful pool terrace area is surrounded by whitewashed villas with terracotta roof tiles and Mediterranean pine. The pool’s broad steps take you into the refreshing water where you and your family can swim, splash and play to your heart’s content.
Shade-seekers will love the reed-covered canopy. Retreat here to a shaded sun lounger to escape the afternoon heat at siesta time. What a blissful way to relax!
Less than a ten-minute drive away is the stylish town of Moraira. You’ll enjoy people-watching at the marina and the two beaches, either side of the town centre, are great for families. Your nearest shops, supermarkets and restaurants are all here.
You’re spoilt for choice when it comes to deciding how to spend your time in this beautiful corner of Costa Blanca. And for the perfect end to a perfect day, you always have Villa Caetano’s wonderful private pool and sun terrace to return home to. And it’s all yours.Moraira town is smart and upmarket. Attracting both local and overseas visitors, it’s easy to see why. The marina is teeming with seafood restaurants and sleek-looking yachts. This is lovely spot for a morning stroll before selecting a pavement café or restaurant from where you can watch the world go by. The tree-lined boulevards are great for shopping and the morning market (Fridays only) is the place to buy locally grown produce, or leather goods, ceramics, clothes and jewellery. 
For eating out, there’s a wonderful array of restaurants in Moraira. Spain’s most famous dish, paella, was fist created in Valencia. The capital city of the region is just 120 kilometres north of here. Be sure to enjoy it at least once while you’re here, washed down with a glass or two or wine from a local bodegas.
There are two beaches within easy reach of Villa Caetano, both environmental award winners. Playa de l’Ampollo is the bigger of the two and right next to the town. El Portet is quieter and set in a more sheltered bay, where you can enjoy swimming in the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. To discover more of Costa Blanca’s white sandy beaches, hidden coves and rocky cliffs, just set off in the car along the coast road and explore!
From Villa Caetano, if you’re feeling active, tennis, golf and horse riding are all less than ten kilometres away. Or you could follow one of the hiking trails. These will take you off-road, and into the amazingly lush countryside that grows in this part of the Costa Blanca. The thousands of hours of sunshine each year and cooling sea breeze help nurture a diverse habitat between the coast and mountains. Along the way, you should be able to spot (and smell) orange, lemon, cherry, pine and palm trees.
