The sophisticated Villa Jose has been cleverly perched on the side of the hillside offering magnificent views of the bay, hill and ocean below. These raw horizon views are the perfect backdrop, if not the sole reason to get away. The views alone connote calm and relaxation and you’ll struggle to look away enough to pack, when it comes time to leave!
If you can bear to tear yourself away from the mesmerizing views, you’ll find a world of stylish comfort just beside you. The luxury begins with the generous outdoor infinity pool which boasts roman steps for comfort and ease. This pool again is surrounded by teasing views of the hillside and those glorious bluey hues of the Mediterranean. If the pool isn’t your scene, why not grab a bottle of bubbly and join the bubbles in the al fresco hot tub? Nothing quite breathes opulence like bubbles on bubbles.
Once you’re all bubbled out, or if you just want to escape the hot afternoon sun, the villa itself has a whole host of rooms to relax in. The lounge has large glass doors overlooking the pool and views allowing for easy supervision if needed. This room is softly furnished and just oozes cosy, warm comfort. This theme continues into the rest of the property where you will find a very well equipped modern kitchen. This kitchen overlooks the outdoor dining area allowing for hassle free entertaining.
Beyond the kitchen, there are a total of four double bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three of these bedrooms are located in the main property with access to the terrace, pool and jacuzzi. The fourth bedroom is part of a self-contained studio which also has a kitchenette, living space and bathroom. Perfect for that extra bit of privacy. All of these areas are accompanied by those excellent sea views, further emphasised by large glass doors which are opposite every bed. Begur is a hidden gem of the ever-popular Costa Brava.  Begur is part of the comarca of the Baíx Empordá in Catlonia. It has become very popular with Barcelonians which, if you feel like stretching your legs is located just an hour North of Begur!Begur is overflowing with Spanish charm and has a plethora of things to do from fantastic local eateries and restaurants to boutique shopping and much more. There are of course the ruins of the Castell de Begur which makes for an interesting hike. The nearest beach is that of Aiguablava which is just shy of 5km away.Begur is conveniently located within a slew of local Spanish towns and villages giving families and explorers plenty of things to do. There are the stylish beaches of Sa Tuna and Sa Riera which are just a short drive away. If history is your passion then perhaps the nearby villages of Regencos and Púbol will interest you. They are both oozing with medieval architecture, especillay Púbol which is home to many landmarks associated with Salvador Dalí, including the ruins of the castle that he gifted to his Russian wife, Gala.
