It will be hard to find a more perfect location for a villa – on the waterfront with mesmerising sea-views from the bedrooms and infinity pool, only ten minutes stroll to the charming village of Sutivan on the stunningly beautiful island of Brač.

Guests in the two bedrooms on the top floor can enjoy magical views from their balcony whilst the ground floor double has an inviting garden terrace where you can relax by the olive tree or wander straight out for a dip in the pool.  All bedrooms have air-conditioning and bright en-suite shower rooms plus there is Wi-Fi throughout.
There’s no doubt that much of your time will be spent over long lunches and evenings dining under the stars with the fabulous outdoor kitchen and dining terrace. Watch the fire roar as you cook up a feast for your family or friends, served as you gaze at the dazzling sea.  There’s also the infinity pool with a view and steps down to the bottom of the garden lead straight out to the waterfront.
It will be hard to leave your villa yet the characterful village of Sutivan is just ten minutes walk away. Famous for its pebble beaches and crystal clear waters, you’ll find charming restaurants, atmospheric bars and cafes and a host of activities from watersports to boat trips. It is a particularly bike friendly destination with various trails for you to follow nearby including ancient olive groves and vineyards, also popular with hikers.
Brač Island is no doubt a special place to visit and this is a rather remarkable villa in a particularly wonderful location. It’s a remarkable location on the island of Brač with a rocky beach and waterfront access just in front of the villa, accessed via steps from the pool terrace. 
You can stroll to the nearby village of Sutivan (1km) in ten minutes where there is a choice of cafes, shops and restaurants. Known for it’s numerous pebble beaches, crystal clear sea and stunning architecture, Sutivan is a real gem. Renaissance palaces, Baroque-style mansions and Dalmatian stone houses give it immense character.
There is a lot to do in Sutivan from boat trips to Hvar, sea-kayaking, stand-up paddle tours, windsurfing and rock climbing nearby. It is a particularly bike friendly destination with various trails for you to follow nearby including ancient olive groves and vineyards, an area also popular with hikers.
Nature Park Sutivan is a nice place to go with the family for natural beauty, interesting botanical gardens and a variety of animals including Dalmatian donkeys.  You can go pony-riding, there’s a playground and various sports facilities.
Another delightful must-see is the old fishing town of Milna (14km), offering plenty of beautiful architecture, an array of bars and shops, and some wonderful restaurants serving their delicious catch of the day. Milna is regarded as one of the most attractive Croatian towns; and with its ancient white Brač stone buildings, spectacular string of sheltered coves, and its invitingly clear waters, you can see why.
Brač Island is the longest and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Despite its proximity to Split, Brač is less touristy than the glittering islands of Hvar and Korcula further south. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called Buhavica and there’s over a half-million trees!
