With the spacious living areas spread over three floors, there is plenty of space to spread out. On the ground floor, there is a stylish kitchen and dining area that opens directly to the terrace through large glass doors. These spaces interconnect, becoming extensions of each other, so you can meander between the interior and exterior with ease. A large living area sits open to the kitchen, benefiting from the same stunning sea views, whilst offering the opportunity to lie back and relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa. Stepping up to the first floor, there is another peaceful living room space, followed by four double bedrooms spread across the first and second floors. There are also pull-out beds for two extra guests. There are also four modern bathrooms throughout the property.
The tranquillity and peacefulness of the villa cannot be exaggerated, as you step outside, the impressive views draw you, creating a magical ambience in a picture-perfect setting. The serene swimming pool sits at the edge of the terrace, so you can look out at the undisturbed views. Makarska is home to beautiful beaches and crystal-clear seas, all of which you can spot from your villa. If you like to explore outdoors and keep active, then the Biokovo Mountain that sits behind the property is part of the Biokovo Nature Park and a offers the opportunity to explore the beautiful Croatian countryside, hiking up the mountain and embracing the unsullied views. Makarska is a quaint and charming part of Croatia that still celebrates traditional ways and allows you to experience authentic Croatian culture. Through summer Makarska’s main square is filled with open-air restaurants and cafés, while behind the church, in the shade, the daily open-air market sells fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. Along the harbour, overlooked by a string of cafés and pizzeria, wooden excursion boats offer one-day trips to Jelsa on Hvar and Zlatni Rat beach in Bol on Brac.
