Villa Lucena is a unique property in a stunning location with unbeatable sea views. This beautiful villa is situated in a small, private bay close to the fishing village of Milna. With the sea on your doorstep, you only have to grab your towel and take a dip right in front of your property, the perfect way to wake yourself up in the morning.
The property has modern and tasteful furnishings throughout, making the most of the remarkable views with large windows allowing the light to flood in and you to see out.
As you enter the villa, there is an open plan, fully equipped, kitchen and a dining room. You can take your choice of dining inside or out. Upstairs there is cosy lounge, with comfortable seating right in front of large opening glass doors, framing the spectacular views and creating a calm, peaceful atmosphere, this a great spot for reading your book in the mornings, watching the sunrise, or settling down with an aperitif in the evening as the last rays of light leave the night sky. There are two good sized double bedrooms, as well as third bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed. The villa can sleep eight people in total, making it ideal for two families coming together.
The external areas of this property are what makes it unique. The large swimming pool reaches out towards the ocean, and the barbecue and outdoor dining area does al-fresco cooking and dining a popular choice. You can swim straight off the rocks into the sea, creating an unforgettable experience. Villa Lucena is the perfect place for those wanting a little bit of peace, yet only about a twenty minute walk into the next village. There is a nice restaurant much closer and some fantastic Konobars in the next bay, also about twenty-minutes away by foot. This villa is a perfect getaway in Croatia, making the most of the lovely landscapes and views and the warm summer climate. Milna is located on the western part of the island Brac, 18 kilometers from Supetar. It is famous by its marvellous bay, in which the ships of the emperor Diokletian have found a secure harbour in the time of the building of his palace in Split. Today there is a marina with several berths, modern equipped for a secure stay and the service of yachtsmen from the whole world. There are beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea, various restaurants, ideal conditions for diving, sailing and fishing. This area offers something for everyone.
