This stylish property is spread over two spacious floors, with large patio doors on the ground floor and elegant balconies on the top, allowing light to flood inside, enlivening the indoor spaces and allowing for beautiful views out to the Adriatic.
On the ground floor level, the cosy living room offers space for everyone to come together, with stylish seating and coffee tables make it a hugely sociable area. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped for your use, with a big dining table, perfect for entertaining.
Whether you are cooking some family favourites to enjoy on the terrace or putting together a picnic to take down to the beach, this space has everything you need. Through the villa, there are five, good-sized bedrooms and five bathrooms so that everyone can have their privacy with three double rooms and two twin rooms, ideal for children.
Two of the bedrooms boast direct access out to the balconies, where you can soak in the sunshine and enjoy the captivating views. Part of the joy of Villa Mitica is the connection to the outdoors and the surroundings whether you are indoors or out.
From the ground floor living areas, sliding glass doors open out to the large terrace and fabulous swimming pool where you can take in the glistening blue ocean and picturesque mountains in the background. With a large outdoor dining space, you can enjoy living and eating outdoors in the sunshine.Stanici is a quaint and quiet fishing village in the region of Central Dalmatia, Croatia. It possesses stunning views of distant islands and is home to many unspoilt beaches that can fulfil everybody’s tastes.
Furthermore, the coastline is dotted with several delicious sea-food restaurants so you can enjoy a refreshment while watching the waves crash against the shore, and the beach also offers water-sports!
Stanici is located in Omis, a small town and harbour situated in the mouth of the Cetina river. Omis is an incredibly historical town; there are several ancient churches and fortresses which are worth a visit.
Additionally, the town is abundant with wine-cellars, bars, and restaurants with lovely Mediterranean cuisine. Omis holds many musical and theatrical events, such as, Omis Cultural Summer, Festival of Dalmatian Klapas and Pirates Nights which allow individuals to experience the soul of the town.
